Finalized product (Layna)

Speechless!!!!! This is spot on.  Her image has that cockiness, sultriness, and badassom all rolled up into one.  I really can't say much, but Wow.  Before Sean sent me this, he told me that I should sit down before looking at it; and you know what?  He was right.  He definitely has the female anatomy down packed, she's perfect.  Special thanks to Sean Buford for all his hard work on this project.

For anyone looking for sculpt work done, especially sci-fi, mythical, or comic characters, Sean is your man (skboriginals.com).

Finalized product (Demon)

I would like to send a personal thanks to Shanon Fujioka for dedicating his time to take these photos.  I really appreciate the extra effort that people take to help promote someone else.  This is the idea world.

Sheridan Doose did a fantastic job on this project and would highly encourage anyone who has an idea to work with him to bring your images to life.

Demon Sculpt nearing completion

Once again Sheridan continues to impress me.  Man, this creature is really evolving into something truly nightmarish.  I look at the back and think, "man I wouldn't want to be attacked by that thing."  I think it would just be free to eat me, because I don't want to touch it's nasty looking back, urrgh!  I mean, just imagine looking down from a building, and seeing that thing sitting in the alleyway.

Layna in her master pose, coming along great

Sean, with SKBoriginals, comes through with the update of Layna, and I tell you, it's looks fabulous. It really opens up her physique and gives her yet another "come-and-get-me" look. As I imagine the course of the story, I can see her making this pose at one point or another. I have some experience as a boxer and so this pose reminds me of that a little, but more graceful almost even a Bruce Lee pose as seen here.

When I taught boxing classes, a lot of the more athletic women would make this pose (even though it would be painfully wrong in the boxing world...unless your are a master), so it reminds me much of that. She has her chin down, back arm is chambered, the true pose of a master martial artist.

When I look at this, I often think to myself, if I were a master hunter/swordsman/martial artist for about 650 years (Layna is 700 years old). What would my master stance be??? I know Jesse Glover, who was Bruce Lee's first student, and he told me something Bruce Lee once said. Sometime around 1959 Bruce asked Jesse one day, "What kind of person would you be if you knew that everyone around you, you know you could totally kick their ass." profound question.

The Demon's getting ready for casting

I can't seem to thank Sheridan enough for his magnificent work. These guys are in a league of their own. Not sure what I got myself into. Never thought the day would come where I would see my vision come to life in this way. Whatever this feeling is, I know there is definitely no turning back now.

More Reclamation sculpts. This time done by Sheridan Doose

This is one of the two sculpts that are being done for Reclamation. Sheridan is a true artist and I could hardly look at the work due to sheer excitement.

The Sculptures are underway

Here are the first sketches from SKB Originals for the Layna sculpture. The artist (Sean Buford) is super talented and I am crazy excited to see the final proof.
